Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, each piece is unique and may have slight variations in size, shape, glaze, or texture. These differences are part of what makes handmade pottery special!

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on items that arrived damaged or incorrect within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can make it right.
